Deaconess Foundation advocates boldly for human dignity while providing innovative solutions to society’s challenges. For nearly 160 years, the Foundation has been developing creative approaches to address many societal issues while supporting people in difficult situations.
Together with the social enterprise Rinnekodit, we walk alongside people, creating new connections and communities where everyone feels valued.
We assist the media openly and quickly
Our specialists are available for interviewing. Their areas of specialisation cover undocumented people, Roma people in Finland and Eastern Europe, youth social exclusion, homelessness and drug and alcohol abuse.
